A very light body on this bean from the Kiam farm in Papua New Guinea. We love it for pour over or regular drip. You get a slight citrusy, brightness in the beginning but then it grows into a sweeter, fruit forward cup. Roasted a little lighter to take advantage of all the acidity has to offer. Kiam is the perfect all day drinker.
